Hiley Mobility Is Bringing Six Scooters to Demo Days LA, Including a Brand-New Model

When Hiley Mobility rolls into the Rose Bowl for Demo Days Festival Los Angeles on June 27-28, they're not showing up with a single flagship and calling it a day. The brand plans to bring six of its Tiger-series electric scooters, a set of split rims and motors, and the public launch of a model that hasn't been formally introduced before: the Tiger King XS.

A Full Lineup, Not a Teaser

Hiley's booth at Demo Days will cover five models. The Tiger EVO and EVO GTR are the entry points, with the EVO topping out at 34 mph and 50 miles of range, and the GTR pushing that to 43 mph with the same range ceiling. The Tiger Supra sits in the middle of the range at 53 mph and 65 miles. At the top of the existing lineup sits the Tiger King RS, rated at 56 mph and 85 miles of range.

That spread gives attendees a clear picture of how the lineup progresses. Speed, range, and price all climb together in a fairly direct line, which makes side-by-side comparison straightforward.

The New One: Tiger King XS

The product getting the most attention at the booth will be the Tiger King XS, making its public launch debut at Demo Days LA. On paper, it's Hiley's most capable scooter: dual 3200W motors producing up to 8,400W peak power, a 72V 40Ah Samsung battery, a claimed top speed of 62 mph, and 80-plus miles of range. It weighs 105 lbs, which Hiley notes makes it the lightest scooter in its battery class.

The braking setup is also notable: four-piston hydraulic Nutt calipers with upgraded heat-dissipation pads, tuned specifically for high-speed riding. Adjustable hydraulic suspension front and rear, with 12-plus adjustment levels, handles both street and off-road use.

The XS is priced at $2,999 through June 30, down from its standard retail price of $3,199.

Why the Motor Matters

Hiley will also have split rims and motors on display, and that's worth understanding. The split rim design separates the rim into two halves, allowing the tire to be changed without disconnecting the hub motor cable. On a conventional scooter wheel, that motor cable is a genuine obstacle during maintenance. It's a small engineering choice with real practical consequences for anyone who rides enough to wear out a tire.

Worth Knowing Before You Go

Demo Days LA takes place June 27-28 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Every demo is included with your ticket, which start at $24.99. For scooter riders specifically, the combination of Hiley's full product range and a new model launch makes this a reasonably efficient way to test machines that are otherwise difficult to compare in a controlled setting outside of buying them.
